Cleaning
Our ceramics are dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe unless otherwise stated in the product listing. That said, hand washing will always preserve the finish better. Use warm water and a mild dish soap, and avoid abrasive scrubbers or steel wool.
Use & Handling
Our ceramics are food-safe and pet-safe, unless otherwise stated. Handle with care and avoid dropping or striking against hard surfaces. Please note that my products that include recycled glass, such as coasters and ring dishes, are not food safe.
Storage
Store in a dry place away from extreme temperature changes. Stack carefully with soft padding between pieces to prevent chipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each piece is handmade, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within that window with a photo of the item and your order number.
What if my item arrived damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if something arrives broken, reach out right away. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that's with a replacement or a refund.
Do you accept returns on undamaged items?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on undamaged items. Each piece is unique and made to order.
How long does a refund take?
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
