SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you so much for supporting our small business. Each piece is handmade with care, and we truly appreciate your patience while we create and ship your order.


PROCESSING TIME

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.
Please allow 6–8 weeks for your order to be created before it ships.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible without compromising quality.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS once completed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after shipment

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship internationally to select countries.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International shipping: 1–3 weeks after shipment (varies by location)

Please note:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and carrier rates.

We do our best to keep shipping as fair and accurate as possible while ensuring your items arrive safely.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we will do our best to help you locate it.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before your order ships.


DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great care in packaging to ensure your pottery arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
