Thank you for supporting our small, handmade business. Each piece is made with care, and we truly appreciate your support.


NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out before purchasing.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take great care in packaging to ensure your pottery arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a replacement, we require:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement if available.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees. These charges are non-refundable.
